SELF-CARE MUST BE A PRIORITY to simply stay grounded and balanced in a demanding world. Practices like meditation, yoga, and mindfulness allow us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Meditation calms the mind, Yoga strengthens the body and fosters inner peace, Mindfulness teaches us to be present and aware. Self-practices like journaling or resting remind us to listen to our needs. By prioritizing these habits, we build resilience and nurture a deeper sense of well-being, allowing us to show up fully in our lives. Join Birut at the SELF-CARE MUST BE A PRIORITY workshop. Sound Healing

11:00-12:30 Saturday 1st February A Sound Healing experience with Tibetan Bowls and Gongs (and other healing instruments) that will take us on a SELF JOURNEY. All life exists within a sea of vibration, and rhythm is fundamental to all of life. Since a microscopic cell to the massive cosmos all vibrates at is natural state. Its a dance of balance and harmony. Every part of our body has its own unique vibration.Even the qualities we express as joy, abundance, happiness and love are vibrations. The modern daily life can unbalance our natural healthy state. We need to reconnect back to self. Yoga Community Class

We invite you to our Sunday Yoga Community Classes, where we come together to practice yoga, promote well-being, and build a feeling of community. At Unity Yoga, we believe, at its core, Yoga is about service: service to yourself, service to your community, and service to the world. As certified yoga teachers, we have a duty to carry out those core values. Join us (or share with those who might need to know this) every Sunday for Community Yoga practice , which will include; some foundational yoga postures, gentle stretching, and moments to pause and reflect. No matter what age, shape, gender, or yoga level you are. The class is accessible for ALL. *Community Yoga Class is a donation based group yoga practice.
