Originally from Poland, Kasia spent nine years in London before trading grey skies for Lisbon’s sunshine. After years in high-pressure advertising and burnout, she turned toward her long-time passions—yoga, movement, and holistic well-being—and became a yoga teacher.
Certified with a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in London, Kasia is on a mission to help busy professionals live with more confidence, calm, and clarity through the power of yoga and mindfulness.
Her warm, inclusive style creates a safe space where students are empowered to listen to their bodies, experiment with curiosity, and find their own rhythm—on the mat and in life. Expect dynamic, breath-led flows, moments of stillness, and the occasional upbeat playlist—all grounded in the reminder that it’s your own practice to enjoy and adapt.
She’s deepening her studies with a 70hr training in Yin Yoga, Fascial Release, and Psycho-Somatic Mentoring, Kasia is passionate about supporting others to live more consciously and with less stress.

1. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the class.
2. Registration Policy:
– Participants must sign up online to reserve a spot in a class.
– Confirmation emails with payment options will be sent upon successful registration.
– Pre-payment is mandatory for every class to secure a reservation.
3. Refund Policy:
– Refunds may be provided in case of cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
– Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Class Changes:
– The studio reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule or instructors. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.
5. Minimum Class Size:
– Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum participant requirement is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
