Handstand Workshops Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your balance, this workshop will teach you the fundamentals of handstands in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll learn how to warm up properly, engage your fingers, hands, shoulders, and hips for control, kick up with confidence, and fall safely. Each exercise is adaptable to your level, and everyone receives personal feedback. About Paula After a knee injury in 2020 left her unable to walk, Paula set herself a new goal: to learn how to handstand. With no gymnastics background and no coach, she taught herself—and held her first 10-second handstand just two months later. Since then, she has trained with top coaches and led workshops across Europe, Dubai, Australia, and India.
