Suzy’s journey with Kundalini awakening began in her vintage store in Brooklyn, NY, where she hosted community yoga classes after hours. As her passion for yoga deepened, she transformed the space to include a full-time yoga studio, Swans Nest.

She completed her Yin Yoga teacher training at Integral Yoga in New York and her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga training (in the Satyananda Saraswati lineage from the Bihar School) at Seven Centers in Sedona.

Now based in Lisbon, Suzy offers 1:1 classes in her home studio, leads workshops for retreats, and teaches group classes at Casa Eira in Ericeira. As an Internal Family Systems & Somatic Practitioner, she integrates meditation, yoga, and sound healing into her offerings, creating a deeply transformative experience for her students.

1. Cancellation Policy:
 – Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. 
 – Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the class.
2. Registration Policy:
– Participants must sign up online to reserve a spot in a class.
 – Confirmation emails with payment options will be sent upon successful registration.
 – Pre-payment is mandatory for every class to secure a reservation.
 3. Refund Policy:
– Refunds may be provided in case of cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
– Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Class Changes: 
 – The studio reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule or instructors. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.
5. Minimum Class Size:
 – Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum participant requirement is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
